The Rising Economy brand, which also includes a podcast, was launched virtually by SIPP at the onset of the pandemic in 2020 when we convened the Rising Economy Taskforce, 140 stakeholders across sectors and regional jurisdictions. This led to the publication of Reboot: Greater Victoria’s Economic Recovery Plan.
"Rising Economy 2026 showcased the incredible innovation, collaboration and quiet leadership powering Greater Victoria, proving that possibility really is part of our DNA."
