“South Island Prosperity Partnership is preaching hope as an antidote to economic malaise in Greater Victoria with a new pledge called the Possibility Charter.
Launched on Tuesday alongside the organization’s five-year regional economic development plan, the charter aims to build a sense of belonging that the organization believes is important to the capital region’s success.”
